So last year I had my list of The 20 Hottest Men of 2008 + 2 Honorary Mentions, and this year I could barely think of 15. :o\ Was I more boy-crazy in 2008 or was 2009 an ugly year?

And this year my list is even more embarrassingly to "type" than last year, and I had one agefail in that one person on the list is only 17. Shut up.
